Itinerary

Day 1: Hanoi Arrival

Depart for Hanoi, Vietnam’s capital. Upon arrival, you will be greeted and transferred to your hotel for check-in.

Day 2: Hanoi – Halong Bay

After breakfast, take a 3.5-hour drive to Halong Bay, a UNESCO World Heritage Site dotted with wind- and wave-eroded grottoes. Upon arrival, hop on a cruise and visit the thousands of limestone islands filled with caves of all shapes and sizes.

Meal: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Accommodation: Overnight on Cruise

Day 3: Halong Bay - Hanoi

Awake early and join a Tai Chi session on the top deck or simply enjoy the sunrise over the bay’s towering islands. Return to the shore and disembark then transfer back to Hanoi.

Witness the vastness, the beauty and all limestone formations of World Nature Wonder – Halong Bay from the air in 25 minutes.

Optional Tour Hanoi Street Food (dinner included)

Enjoy a walk around the Old Quarter in the afternoon and have a taste of Northern Vietnamese delicacies such as stuffed pancake, banh my, stuffed sticky rice balls, the unique egg coffee and many more.

Day 4: Hanoi – Hoi An

After breakfast, take a Hanoi city tour to the Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s first university, Ho Chi Minh Complex (Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, One Pillar Pagoda) and Tran Quoc Pagoda. Afterwards, get ready for a flight to Danang. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to the ancient Hoi An town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Day 5: Hoi An

Stay active with a walk around Hoi An including Hoi An Market, a local Chinese temple and the Japanese Covered Bridge. Enjoy the afternoon at your leisure by wandering around or relaxing at one of the gorgeous cafés along the picturesque Thu Bon River.

Day 6: Hoi An – Saigon

After breakfast, get transferred to Da Nang Airport for a flight to Saigon. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel for check-in. Afterwards, spend half a day for famous attractions of Ho Chi Minh City such as Notre Dame Cathedral, Post Office, War Remnant Museum and dive into the colorful Ben Thanh market, one of Ho Chi Minh’s liveliest areas.

Day 7: Saigon

Explore Saigon at your own pace.

Optional Tour Mekong Delta (lunch included)

Embark on a cruise to Ben Tre river and visit brickwork, coconut processing workshop, a local village making sleep mattresses. Continue taking a motor cart (xe lôi) or cycling through the green rice fields and vegetable plains.

Day 8: Saigon – Cu Chi Tunnels

After breakfast, head to Cu Chi Tunnels and explore this underground community built by guerrilla fighters to hide during bomb raids and escape enemies.

Day 9: Saigon – Siem Reap

Take a flight to Siem Reap. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel for check-in.

Spend a full-day to explore Angkor Complex including Angkor Wat, Ta Prohm Monastery, Angkor Thom, Elephant Terrace and Leper King Terrace.

Day 11: Siem Reap – Phnom Penh

Take a 6-hour drive to Phnom Penh. Upon arrival, get transferred to your hotel for check-in.

Hop on a private boat to Tonle Sap Lake and visit unique villages with gardens, market, and restaurants all floating on water.

Day 12: Phom Penh

Take a Phnom Penh city tour to The Royal Palace, Silver Pagoda, National Museum, Wat Ounalom and Central Market. Watch the royal dance rehearsal by the Apsara Arts Association while having lunch. Afterwards, tour to Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum and Choeung Ek Killing Field. Taste some Khmer snacks before returning to the hotel.
