1. RESERVATION & DEPOSIT
A deposit of 40% the total amount for your vacation is required once you and Asia Vacation Group reach an agreement on your travel plan. If you change your mind and request a refund for any reason within 14 days after the deposit, Asia Vacation Group will issue you with a refund to the value of your deposit. After the mentioned 14 days, your deposit will be non-refundable.
The remaining 60% of the total price for the trip is payable at least 60 days prior to your departure date.
Clients who book our preset tour package will make FULL payment once their bookings are confirmed.
2. PAY BY CREDIT CARD
Kindly make deposit/payment via our secured online payment. We accept Credit Card including Visa/Master Card, American Express and JCB Card.
*Note: When you pay by Credit Card, please add 3% of convenient fee.
Deposit & Final Payment: When a deposit is received it is understood that you have read, understood and accepted all our Terms & Conditions.
3. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
All cancellations must be received in writing, sent to us via fax or email. Please refer to the RESERVATION&DEPOSIT section above for the most appropriate terms & conditions to you.
4. PAYMENT NOTICE
All the payments of your booking MUST be made by credit card or bank transfer to Asia Vacation Group’s bank account as appointed. Please DON’T transfer your payment to any other personal account, except for Asia Vacation Group Director’s account.
